The agent was SO personally invested in… The agent was SO personally invested in helping me find the "right" reservations. That meant determining the rooms, room sizes, factoring in many elements to get the best rates, such as "Would I add breakfast or not?" to the booking. He answered every question and helped me analyze many factors. Finally, I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the reservations I eventually made.
