Choosing tours Choosing tours, checking availability, and purchasing was very easy. When searching 20-30 tours over multiple days it would be helpful to have a Tour Number to search for instead of a many worded heading. I get the favorite heart but still when searching out many tours a reference number to search on would be very helpful. Also there were inconsistencies in the overviews. Many just were not specific about the tours and what's included.

Lake Como by Subacco Mr Phillips the captain was a pro showing all the Unesco sites and detailed many historical Vila and we had a great time , at the end the best part is he referred a dining place right at the pickup place asked the owner Mr. Christian treated us a special bread “ Focaccia “ and it was delicious !

Wine Tram Tour Seamless Booking. I used Viator to book the Franschoek Full Day Wine Tram Tour and it was seamless. The fact that I includes the Cape Town Sightseeing Red bus ride within the cost is a bonus. I loved being able to choose my preferred pick-up spot by the Red Bus - such convenience. Thank you Viator. Why Late ??? The driver was very knowledgeable and funny, He was late picking us up,which caused us to rush in to meet our boat time schedule to the USS Arizona, when we got there we were told that because we missed our allotted time our tickets were voided. Lucky for us that the following time slot did not have many passengers so we were able to go ahead with our visit. The scheduling should allow for traffic etc. To me there is NO excuse for arriving late

Easy to talk to a LIVE person! I made a serious mistake when making a recent booking and needed to call customer service. It was easy and quick to be connected to a LIVE person to assist me. Jerson took the time to examine my situation and placed me on a brief hold while he contacted the venue directly. He worked with them to remedy my issue to everyone's satisfaction. I've used a number of booking services in the past but from now on I will only use Viator.
