GBAlthough it started off… Although it started off unacceptable...Mr. Williams responded very sympathetically about how I was treated so unprofessionally by Ms. Brown and he addressed my concerns. I believe he did the best he could base on the guidelines between Booking Ace and American airlines. My concerns were met and is resolved. Best, Ms. D'E

GBI tried calling singapore airlines and… I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking. The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats , nothing .. i tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking , you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number. One of the worst customer service

ILI bought 5 round trip tickets online… I bought 5 round trip tickets online for a single price. I received the order confirmation email but the flights were not yet confirmed. Hours later they called me offering other options for more expensive flights because the one I bought was not possible. When I asked for everything to be canceled they told me that 50% of the amount would be charged or I should accept the offer of another flight paying the difference in value. Scam offering something cheap to force me to buy more expensive tickets later.

GBGreat Customer Service I had to call several times, because I kept having issues all the reps I spoke to were great. One in particular helped me a lot, David Smith, he has a lot of patience and was very good about making sure my flight was correct. At one point, it looked like my flight was canceled when I called David said no that's not right and fixed it for me right away.
