TNHorrible experience Horrible experience. I manage to secure fares online on your website, and when I attempt to make payment, I am told to call customer service. When I call customer service, the fare I am given is double the fare I had locked online on your website. This is most unfair, and it happened repeatedly.

ILI bought 5 round trip tickets online… I bought 5 round trip tickets online for a single price. I received the order confirmation email but the flights were not yet confirmed. Hours later they called me offering other options for more expensive flights because the one I bought was not possible. When I asked for everything to be canceled they told me that 50% of the amount would be charged or I should accept the offer of another flight paying the difference in value. Scam offering something cheap to force me to buy more expensive tickets later.
