GBAVOID!! Misleading Information I do not recommend this booking option. They're misleading and give client nonaccurate information. The verbal confirmations and emails do not match up! They're not clear or good at providing options or details unless you ask them! After my experience, I wouldn't be shocked if I'm at the airport ready to board a flight and an issue arises where I'm not booked! I will always go through a direct airline going forward. Save yourself the trouble of trying to get an actual refund to your card by bank dispute, not a credit with their horrible services.

The representative I spoke with (Neal Martin) to make my reservation was so helpful and he serviced all my needs, and the representative I spoke with Joel Newman) to get my return boarding passes was equally as knowledgeable, and courageous. In a world where customer service is all be obsolete I really appreciate the service I received. Thank you and I will be flying Southwest in the future. 🙂
