Having decided on FX based on the excellent rates offered on Danish kronor and superb reviews I sent the cash on Tuesday afternoon by Royal Mail’s Special delivery, guaranteed next day delivery. Early on Wednesday afternoon I received a message from FX confirming receipt and the amount in Sterling I would receive within 3 working days. It was slightly more than the online estimate provided on Tuesday. To my surprise the money was in my bank account this morning, Thursday. I could not have expected anything better.

The currency was sent to them using Royal Mail insured Special Delivery and we were prompted as soon as the money was received by FX company. They mentioned that the money would be in our account within three working days which I'm sure it'll be. Thanks FX Team.

Excellent service. Excellent service. I returned from the US with some dollars acquired from the finance department of a well known retail store. They offered buy back. However, the rate offered by them was $1.47 to the £. The FxCompany's rate was 1.34, almost 9% better. I posted the currency as per their security instructions, have an acknowledgement the following afternoon and the funds appeared in my bank account that evening. What not to like?
