Incredible service Incredible service. I sent them unused foreign currency from a holiday and they paid UK Pounds Sterling into my bank account the day after i sent it to them. Will definitely be using them again. So glad i read the reviews here before deciding on a company to trust

Cash all arrived on time by post Cash all arrived on time by post. I have used this company previously with no issues. Sadly cash had to be sent back as honeymoon cancelled. The return experience was fine - everything done as promised. Only worry for us was they don't fix the exchange rate for returning money. They did ultimately pay what they said they would although this wasn't guaranteed. We did lose £60 due to the drop in the exchange rate :'( This wasn't the company's fault though!

First rate service This is the first time I've used this company and I'm always a bit cautious when first dealing with things like this. However no concerns necessary, the service was absolutely first rate! They offered the best exchange rate, it was easy sending the currency off via the Post Office Special delivery and the money arrived in my account so quickly. I will always use these guys from now on and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Couldn't fault Used Thefxcompany to exchange uae dirhams back to sterling. Followed the instructions given, posted currency back on a Monday and had a credit on my account by Tuesday! Despite having paid £7.25 in postage, their rate was the best around giving me the most money back. I couldn't fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you.
