Absolutely brilliant Absolutely brilliant. I was a little concerned sending money in the post but knowing I had compensation included in the special delivery I paid for put my mind at rest. I needn't have worried! They emailed to say they'd received it and I'd get my money within 3 days...it arrived in my account on THE SAME DAY! So within 36 hours of sending the money I received my money. Excellent service!

However no concerns necessary, the service was absolutely first rate! They offered the best exchange rate, it was easy sending the currency off via the Post Office Special delivery and the money arrived in my account so quickly. Couldn't fault Used Thefxcompany to exchange uae dirhams back to sterling. Followed the instructions given, posted currency back on a Monday and had a credit on my account by Tuesday! Despite having paid £7.25 in postage, their rate was the best around giving me the most money back. I couldn't fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Needed to exchange HK$15000 into £ Needed to exchange HK$15000 into £. Rate was far better than my bank or Tesco or other money changers. Very easy straightforward online transaction, tracked the currency through Royal Mail Special Delivery and once received by FX my account was credited within a couple of hours even though they stated could take three days.
