Great customer service My itinerary has been changed twice due to the airline, and neither change was acceptable for my travel plans. The first time was just before Christmas amidst extreme weather across the country. The second time was due to grounding of Boeing jets, so customer service at Flightsbird was crazy busy, I'm sure. Both times I was super upset and Flightsbird worked with me on a solution. This last time (1 week before departure and during local school Spring Break--so few flights), I worked with Antonio and he was terrific: calm, helpful, professional. I doubt I would fly American again but I highly recommend the customer service at Flightsbird--thanks, Antonio and everyone.

RIDICULOUS This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on. They changed my ticket, charged me more money, changed my ticket again to something entirely different, wont answer or corporate in any way...apparently a MANAGER DOESNT EXIT IN 4 MONTHS IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS

Updated: Eleven days after agreeing to purchase, I still don't have my e-tickets. I understand delays can happen, but CS has definitely declined as the problem has progressed. John Parker is trying to help, but others have not been so responsive. I will update again when/if I get the tickets. Further updated: I finally got my airline confirmation number 15 days after I made the reservation. Both Antonio and John helped me get it settled in the end. The price really was unbeatable, but the process in getting the tickets needed some improvement. Be prepared to be persistent in follow up if you don't get your tickets right away.

Brock was very helpful in getting our… Brock was very helpful in getting our flights secured. We were trying to book through the app but it kept failing so we contacted Flightsbird through the chat. We were lucky enough to get Brock who not only helped us secure our flight but he found us a direct flight for just a few bucks more. Brock was very helpful and professional. We will use Flightsbird again in the future.
