Myra I worked with Myra to resolve some issues with my reservation. She worked to get the approval she needed to get a comparable flight with the price quoted. She apologized for the inconvenience in working with the airlines for denying the fares and stating they no longer had a seat available. She also gave me a credit for a future reservation due to the trouble we had in booking this flight.

RIDICULOUS This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on.
