Myra I worked with Myra to resolve some issues with my reservation. She worked to get the approval she needed to get a comparable flight with the price quoted. She apologized for the inconvenience in working with the airlines for denying the fares and stating they no longer had a seat available. She also gave me a credit for a future reservation due to the trouble we had in booking this flight.

Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would. Updated: Eleven days after agreeing to purchase, I still don't have my e-tickets. I understand delays can happen, but CS has definitely declined as the problem has progressed. John Parker is trying to help, but others have not been so responsive. I will update again when/if I get the tickets. Further updated: I finally got my airline confirmation number 15 days after I made the reservation. Both Antonio and John helped me get it settled in the end. The price really was unbeatable, but the process in getting the tickets needed some improvement. Be prepared to be persistent in follow up if you don't get your tickets right away.

Started out so skeptical of using… Started out so skeptical of using flights bird because of a couple of reviews I saw so instead of using the online site, I called the customer service number. SO happy that I did. John Parker did an AMAZING job with booking my flights to LAX while saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars. I definitely will be using again. This was my first time booking with Flightsbird and I was a little hesitant about booking but John reassured me with his great customer service.
