GBI had the worst experience with Steve… I had the worst experience with Steve Bennett. He promised to book tickets for me and my parents, up until last minute, and finally didn't do it. I went to the airline website and did it myself for higher price and for a different date. He was not honest if tickets were not available or not. I wouldn't use this company again (they have two names: SkiesAreBusiness and BusinessSkies, I wonder why).

GBPurchase of airline ticket Great experience buying an international ticket with the help of Steve Bennett who was very prompt with the process. Didn’t have to wait around for a response. He delivered what he promised. Our trip will take place only in December, so far excellent service. Hopefully the future needs will be taken care of just the same.

THBen worked hard over several days and lots of calls... Ben worked hard over several days and lots of calls to find me flights that saved a bit of money and provided Business Class on the long hauls. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK RESULTS. 2 over-night stays were required and a 3rd as COVID testing requirement information was not provided. I was told this is "not a travel agent's responsibility." Was also told "Mr. Todd all included luggage was stopped due to COVID." Not Todd, did not feel special. Note a tip was charged that was not authorized. NOT 1 Star Performance, NOT 5 Star either...

GBAndrew was so helpful Andrew was so helpful. He sorted a mess for me that another company had made with my air ticked and did so in 24 hours. (The other company had taken over a week trying to get a good route/fare but never succeeded.) He was professional, polite and knew exactly what he was doing.
