After our Qatar flights were altered, and we had to cancel at the last minute, he found us awesome business class, tickets and flight times along with layovers that were Super. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK RESULTS. 2 over-night stays were required and a 3rd as COVID testing requirement information was not provided. I was told this is "not a travel agent's responsibility." Was also told "Mr. Todd all included luggage was stopped due to COVID." Not Todd, did not feel special. Note a tip was charged that was not authorized. NOT 1 Star Performance, NOT 5 Star either...
