DO NOT EXPECT QUICK RESULTS. 2 over-night stays were required and a 3rd as COVID testing requirement information was not provided. I was told this is "not a travel agent's responsibility." Was also told "Mr. Todd all included luggage was stopped due to COVID." Not Todd, did not feel special. Note a tip was charged that was not authorized. NOT 1 Star Performance, NOT 5 Star either...

First time experience in booking business class flights My wife and I were planning a vacation for later on this year. Since there will be long flights involved to our destinations, compounded that I have a lower back issue, I have decided to treat ourselves with a business class flight that we can lay down.
