After a long research without finding… After a long research without finding what I needed for my flight arrangements for my trip with my family, I decided respond to the chat “do you need anything?” “What are you looking for ?” Amari was the representative that helped me and my search was over !!! Got the best option, excellent price and have to give Amari the 5🌟rate as she followed through and kept communicating with me until I had my process completed and ticked issued I will definitely reach out to her again and to Ovago for my next trip. Email bombardment I was checking a flight and I was asked from Alonzo for my email and phone number. I didn’t give it to them as I just wanted to check something on my own and after an appalling experience with Expedia I book only through the airlines directly. In addition, I wasn’t in a rush to book anything. I disconnected from their page in a couple of minutes and despite not having given them my contacts, they day after they started bombarding me with emails: I got two copies of the quote and two copies of an email asking to confirm if I got the quote. The silver lining is that at least I know how aggressive they are without having to buy anything from them, so I’ll carefully avoid this company

don't do it! not worth it! This company sells a flexible ticket option for $135, but they make it incredibly difficult to actually change your ticket. And they try to charge you penalty fees that per their terms, you don't owe. It's very hard to get a reply from their customer service in a timely manner. Just not worth it.
