I gave her an almost impossible task (with multiple specifications and crazy flight restrictions) and she went WAY above and beyond to assist me. She even went the extra mile to check layover times and terminals for when i need to change planes. I was ready to give up on finding flights and she kept researching until she found me flights that worked within a very limited range that i needed to stick by. Absolutely fantastic service! Aven Williams.....This man was over the top in his patience and knowledge in the travel industry.This was a complex trip and not knowing from which airport I should leave from.Mr. Williams was very helpful in every aspect of this transaction.He also was instrumental in determining which airport we should leave from,we not knowing all of our options nor price ranges nor interconnecting flights.

Apprehensive and Last Minute Shopping Actually Yields Satisfied Customers I was a little apprehensive about using this company, especially when it came time to disclose my card information and the Rep Bella advised she would need to call me back after processing everything. However, Bella provided wonderful customer service, even staying beyond her shift to assist me. Although a little difficult to understand at times, she was very professional. I have saved her contact info-both phone/extension & email :) so I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
