I came across iqfares randomly I came across iqfares randomly , I was looking for flights and somehow a chat popped up from Aven.. Aven was available every step of the way. Every time I had a question for aven he immediately became available, he answered all of my questions within 3 seconds TOPS! I would recommend iqfares to ANYBODY OMG! I can’t believe that I purchased my round trip tickets from close to nothing. instead of paying 900$ round trip to the Dr, I payed 670$ big difference. Thank you so much, I will not purchase any of my flights anywhere else but from IQFARES!

Overall great experience! I was able to work directly with an agent to get the flights I needed at lower than published prices. There was a little confusion about the airline confirmation codes at the start, but after talking with the agent, their booking process was explained and the confirmation codes were set. Great experience overall.

Amazingly Outstanding Customer Service, An Angel Indeed I was looking for a reasonably price airfare to San Francisco and I'm searching for 2 days until this lady by the name of EMMA come to rescue me. I'm skeptical at first because I was hacked before and doubted the airfare she's giving me. The costs is incredibly reasonable considering the duration and time slot I provided to her. She's courteous, friendly, and ready to answer all my questions. For future travel preference, I'll ask for fares first with this website before searching for other websites. Hat off for Emma's outstanding customer service.

Honestly Honestly, the first i dont trust it because there’s a lot of scam going on in online, but when i talked to Bella and my friend proved that they are legit, Bella is awesome, she helped us to booked 11 people in one plane together I was impressed, but it just piece of advice if you guys tell the customer that you call them back about 30 mins or an hour be consistent and honest to called back within that specific time. Apprehensive and Last Minute Shopping Actually Yields Satisfied Customers I was a little apprehensive about using this company, especially when it came time to disclose my card information and the Rep Bella advised she would need to call me back after processing everything. However, Bella provided wonderful customer service, even staying beyond her shift to assist me. Although a little difficult to understand at times, she was very professional. I have saved her contact info-both phone/extension & email :) so I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
