Max Hopper was the representative that helped us and he was a pleasure to work with. He called multiple times during the process to make sure all of our questions were answered and that our purchase was completed successfully.

Flights I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. The trip requires me to exchange planes on the trip out and the trip back. Ms. Wilson ensured I will not have lengthy layovers and found me an upgrade to business class on one of the legs of my trip.
