Zero Integrity!! Zero Integrity!! This company will never deserve 5 star reviews. The 1 star review or if possible, lower is better: How do you advertise a fare, then call within the hour or so to tell that the fare has gone up or seats are no longer available. Yet on the website, it still shows the same price and number of seats available, one would think it is a scamming operation in effect here.

The trip requires me to exchange planes on the trip out and the trip back. Ms. Wilson ensured I will not have lengthy layovers and found me an upgrade to business class on one of the legs of my trip. When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online.
