Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.

Zero Integrity!! Zero Integrity!! This company will never deserve 5 star reviews. The 1 star review or if possible, lower is better: How do you advertise a fare, then call within the hour or so to tell that the fare has gone up or seats are no longer available. Yet on the website, it still shows the same price and number of seats available, one would think it is a scamming operation in effect here.

First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Excellent experience. Would use again.
