Thank you Cynthia Wilson!! Thank you Cynthia Wilson!! Frustration had built up in me from searching, and not locating a good flight with a decent price. I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. After she got my reservations and E-tickets; she did a follow-up to make sure I had my seats assigned. Again thank you Cynthia Wilson!!! You Rock.......

Maxed to the Max!! Max was great to work with. He continued working until he got a super good price for me. He then followed up and made sure I have his name and phone incase of any difficulties. I highly recommend asking for Max Hopper to purchase your next airline ticket.

When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online. They helped me find the right airfare and ticket I needed. They also followed up to make sure I'd reviewed my trip plan. I will purchase airline tickets through them as much as possible for future travle.
