This company will try to rob you, avoid! This company stole £715 ($900) from me in May 2020 when covid hit. Despite a travel ban from UK to USA, they charged my card the full rental amount even though I had emailed to cancel. Like others on here they gave me worthless store credit which I never used as the US border was shut for 20 months. Cannot get a reply from their so called customer services department, but they did manage to put together an 8-page document when I contacted Amex. Amex were only able to refund the deposit, so in fact I could have been a lot worse off. I think this company just relies on the fact that there aren’t too many options location wise but I would urge potential customers to look elsewhere if possible so as not to be left out of pocket.

Eagle Rider Rocks I'm a long time Eagle Rider member and I travel a lot for work. I've rented in several states and have had excellent experiences in all. My favorite location is Chicago. Danny and his crew are always professional and courteous. The bikes are always well maintained and the countryside there is amazing. Thanks guys.

Great customer service We had a complicated re-booking since a trip delayed due to Covid. Desiree at Eagle Rider was so helpful, and walked us through our Claim Codes, plus membership credits. She should get a raise immediately. Eagle Rider is our go-to company for motorcycle rentals and it's obvious why!

Been renting from Eaglerider for years… Been renting from Eaglerider for years and love the freedom it gives you to travel and rent your motorcycle at your destination. Makes us, the rider aficionado the chance to ride in many different locations. Customer service is great and they are always ready to help! The Miami location is absolutely amazing, Edgar the general manager and his team always makes sure that your bike is ready and has answers for all your questions until you leave the place with a smile and look forward to return again and again. Place is always clean and bikes are brand new! Totally recommend Eaglerider Club!
