Been renting from Eaglerider for years… Been renting from Eaglerider for years and love the freedom it gives you to travel and rent your motorcycle at your destination. Makes us, the rider aficionado the chance to ride in many different locations. Customer service is great and they are always ready to help! The Miami location is absolutely amazing, Edgar the general manager and his team always makes sure that your bike is ready and has answers for all your questions until you leave the place with a smile and look forward to return again and again. Place is always clean and bikes are brand new! Totally recommend Eaglerider Club!

We've rented amazing Harley Davidson… We've rented amazing Harley Davidson motorcycles thru Eagle Rider several times now in Las Vegas. Our favourite customer service representative, Leann, is very accommodating, knowledgeable and offers very friendly service with a smile. She goes out of her way to make us extremely happy customers, and tries hard to get us the bike we want or one that is similar. Eaglerider makes the rental part simple and easy. We’ll be back!!

Eagle Rider has ZERO Compassion… Eagle Rider has ZERO Compassion… Hurricane Ian tearing up Florida and we had plans to ride from Miami to Key West. Called to cancel my reservation after the storms destruction and they cancelled but kept all my money ($101). It’s the not money its the principle and when a natural disaster is occurring you’d think they would think out of the box to accommodate members. I’ve had good experiences in person at their locations, but their phone reps have bad attitudes and aren’t very helpful. Their motto is take it or leave it. I want to leave it but I have no other options. After speaking with HD Corporate I’m hoping they will find a better partner in the future. Buyer Beware!

This company will try to rob you, avoid! This company stole £715 ($900) from me in May 2020 when covid hit. Despite a travel ban from UK to USA, they charged my card the full rental amount even though I had emailed to cancel. Like others on here they gave me worthless store credit which I never used as the US border was shut for 20 months. Cannot get a reply from their so called customer services department, but they did manage to put together an 8-page document when I contacted Amex. Amex were only able to refund the deposit, so in fact I could have been a lot worse off. I think this company just relies on the fact that there aren’t too many options location wise but I would urge potential customers to look elsewhere if possible so as not to be left out of pocket.
