First time with a travel agency . This was the first time we have gone with a travel company , so I don’t have much comparison . Our experience overall all was good . Good service , good communication. Everything was going as planned . All reservations ( plane , hotel , tour ) was according as talked about . I would recommend their services .

Excellent Service Jackie ensured that everything was perfectly coordinated - the entire trip ran smoothly thanks to all of her hard work. She was also able to suggest different excursions/restaurants that she thought we might like as they were new to us. Finally, she was always patient with all of my questions and emails - not once was she ever frustrated- she seemed truly happy every time I contacted her.

We have never used an travel … We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. Operations suspended without reason and no refunds being issued Operations suspended. Payments accepted and no refunds issued through travel agency or law office. Dreams crushed, two years of planning, trust instilled in the company, no explanations, no response to where the money is. The company apologizes, but has not proposed a resolution.

Amazing Honeymoon We worked with Jackie who was absolutely amazing! I was hesitant signing up with a company that I was only working via email and not meeting the person face-to-face, but Jackie made us feel like we knew each other for years. She worked with us to stay within our budget and give us everything we wanted. The trip ended up being amazing and it was so wonderful to have everything organized for us, flights, transportation, pick up times, dinners, and excursions. Made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be using Custom Tahiti Travel in the future!
