Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

Amazingly Fast Service When my trusty 30 in Samsonite Silhouette (aka Big Red) gave up the ghost after many years of years, I did my research and decided I wanted to replace it with the Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 Trunk Spinner. I was about to buy it from a major retailer when I found Luggage Pros was offering it at a substantially better price. I placed the order on Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning.
