High Quality Product I purchased a backpack for my high school son. The quality is far superior to any he's had. He was using an Eddie Bauer backpack and had it replaced after nine months because the zipper broke. The second backpack also ripped after less than a year of use. The Samsonite backpack seems to be heavier duty material and better quality and is larger so everything fits. The backpack arrived two days after purchase. I'm very happy with the overall experience with Luggage Pros.

The ordered item didn’t meet my expectations so now I have to pay a fee that isn’t charged anywhere else for new items with tags? Stay away from buying a small item here because they charge $15 to return anything.

Great LuggagePro buy! bought the McKlein W Series McKlein W Series Winnetka Leather Ladies Briefcase with Removable Sleeve SKU: IID85395 Color: Fuchsia. This was a college graduation gift my my son's girlfriend. She will be attending graduate school beginning this fall and I felt she needed something special and more professional than the ol backpack. She LOVED it, was so excited and I could tell that she felt very "adult". The color is so saturated and vibrant. I will say (as you can see above) the description said it had a removable sleeve but it did not. Other than that, great purchase! Oh, and the company did a great job of keeping me informed regarding shipping and delivery and it actually came early!

When I got my bag a few days later, it was the wrong bag with the wrong color. Despite calling customer service "during business hours", I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase. Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.
