On the main page On the main page, my item reported a $30 rebate, but this was not applied at checkout. Customer service was not available, even by live chat. When I got my bag a few days later, it was the wrong bag with the wrong color. Despite calling customer service "during business hours", I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

Luggage Pros is an exceptional online… Luggage Pros is an exceptional online store. They have legitimately some of the best prices on high end luggage. I chose two Eagle Creek bags to replace some well worn LL Bean duffels as our primary travel bags. The order included one bag that was out of stock but they quickly contacted me to offer me a substitute. I was very happy with how customers are number one with this company. I will continue to shop here and encourage my friends/family to do the same.

Great LuggagePro buy! bought the McKlein W Series McKlein W Series Winnetka Leather Ladies Briefcase with Removable Sleeve SKU: IID85395 Color: Fuchsia. This was a college graduation gift my my son's girlfriend. She will be attending graduate school beginning this fall and I felt she needed something special and more professional than the ol backpack. She LOVED it, was so excited and I could tell that she felt very "adult". The color is so saturated and vibrant. I will say (as you can see above) the description said it had a removable sleeve but it did not. Other than that, great purchase! Oh, and the company did a great job of keeping me informed regarding shipping and delivery and it actually came early!
