I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought… I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought, "maybe this one is legit." Advertised price was $25 lower than anywhere else online, which was jussssst enough to make me take this risk. Within 30 minutes of purchasing, I was called on Whatsapp and told that the actual price was 33% higher than what was listed and that it had "just changed." (It had not... I re-purchased the tickets from the airline right afterward for a lower price than they were quoting me). When I said I wanted to cancel the charge and not go through with the purchase, I was told that I wasn't allowed to and that they had already charged my card (which was a LIE). When I told them this was fraudulent, he asked me to hold so that he could "talk to his supervisor" (as an aside, he never put me on hold, he just kept breathing into the phone). Thirty seconds later, I could magically cancel my reservation since they had never charged my card. At least it all happened quickly. The whole operation seems like it's one dude in India repeatedly pulling a bait and switch on customers. Stay away.

Fantastic experience booking with Hazel Hazel Williams was my booking agent and she went above and beyond to not only book our flights, but contact Delta for us to fix an issue when they changed our reservation. She’s been extremely easy to communicate with and has made this whole experience so much easier!

Legit Site, Great Price Pros: They offered a great price and service. They followed up and provided clarifications and details needed. If this was provided after the very first call, experience would have been lot smoother. Improvement Areas: 1) They took much longer than other travel agencies to provide ticket reference number which made us question the authenticity of the transaction itself and led to confusion. 2) The customer care number does not specify their operating hours. It routes you to voicemail with the message that there was a high call volume, again leading to anxious consumer.

Scam of a company Scam of a company! Will not confirm or book your flight once you “book” it. They will charge you more. The ol bait and switch method.

I was skeptical the first time I used… I was skeptical the first time I used them because their prices were much lower than any other place I looked & they were Economy seats, not Basic. I will continue to use Farebubble for future flights & highly recommend them to family & friends.
