However, if you have time and willing to navigate a couple of confirmation steps, the fare secured for a peak period is truly 5 star. In my case the total fare was processed as two charges - one direct to airline and the other to farebubble -- that latter of which was blocked by my card issuer. I was able to call both parties to resolve and was issued a confirmation # with the airline for a rate much less than other sites. Great discounted fare!

it's legit The Chat feature has someone responds right away during business hours. Kevin is very helpful and patient. I changed the flight plans several times and he was very accommodating. I ended up canceling the flights within 24 hours and got my refund back. It's not a scam.

Our original flight was overbooked so we got a red eye instead, but either way we weren’t getting much sleep, so it worked out fine. My only complaint would be that the connection at times seems poor and there is a lot of background noise, but I appreciated Bella being patient and repeating herself when I couldn’t understand what she was saying.
