Bella Smith was super helpful with… Bella Smith was super helpful with booking our flight to Belize. Our tickets were $300 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Our original flight was overbooked so we got a red eye instead, but either way we weren’t getting much sleep, so it worked out fine. My only complaint would be that the connection at times seems poor and there is a lot of background noise, but I appreciated Bella being patient and repeating herself when I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Thank you again, Bella, for helping us book these tickets to get us to our beach destination!!!

I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought… I saw the 4.1 star rating on Trustpilot and thought, "maybe this one is legit." Advertised price was $25 lower than anywhere else online, which was jussssst enough to make me take this risk. Within 30 minutes of purchasing, I was called on Whatsapp and told that the actual price was 33% higher than what was listed and that it had "just changed." (It had not... I re-purchased the tickets from the airline right afterward for a lower price than they were quoting me). When I said I wanted to cancel the charge and not go through with the purchase, I was told that I wasn't allowed to and that they had already charged my card (which was a LIE). When I told them this was fraudulent, he asked me to hold so that he could "talk to his supervisor" (as an aside, he never put me on hold, he just kept breathing into the phone). Thirty seconds later, I could magically cancel my reservation since they had never charged my card. At least it all happened quickly. The whole operation seems like it's one dude in India repeatedly pulling a bait and switch on customers. Stay away.

Scam Scam! Took a couple days to get my confirmation, they probably would have taken longer if I didn't keep asking for it after seeing some of their reviews. Now a few days before my flight for Christmas holiday, they tell me the airline cancelled my flight, and that they refunded me, but when I checked my statement, they charged me again! Never again! Don't use them. Go directly through the airline or trustworthy named site!

She’s been extremely easy to communicate with and has made this whole experience so much easier!

Great experience! I haven’t heard of Farebubble for my other trips but I had a great experience booking with them. Tickets did take a little bit more time than expected but when I gave them a call, Juan Carlos answered and provided great service. I saved so much money and I am forever grateful!
