Let’s Ya’lla! Outstandingly planned itinerary. Our Guide and Driver are best in their field. Jacob, our guide, had encyclopedic knowledge of history and geography of the Holy Land. Nisan, our driver, could expertly maneuver our hulking big bus forward, backward, uphill and downhill! And he kept the bus clean every day. Meals were good except that the venues were often very crowded. A couple hotels were old with sagging mattresses and staff who simply were unresponsive to requests from guests. On the whole an excellent trip. Yalla is a great choice for travel to Israel.

The group we took to Egypt and Jordan… The group we took to Egypt and Jordan in early January for 3 weeks with Ya'lla, and every moment went perfectly. The greatest guides, excellent accommodation, super food, and an overwhelming amount of items included, that made our escorting the group so much easier! Congrats & Mazal tov for the superb work! Morocco Adventure: Morocco Adventure: It was truly an adventure, tour guide very considerate, professional, helpful and friendly. Most of the hotels were fine. The tent was truly and adventure not to be miss. Marrakesh hotel shower did not work had to used a cup to shower, even after we told them it was not fixed. Transportation: clean, seating configuration was not to everyone liking, but it was changed and everyone was happier with it. Overall it's a trip that I will definitely organize for my clients. Bad hotel, good hotel Guide, greeter, and drivers we’re knowledgeable and friendly. The royal Olympian hotel in Athens was overcrowded with tours with a half hour wait for breakfast. The service was not good. The hotel in Santorini the Mystique was perfect and the staff was excellent

Abominable trip service. Abominable trip service. VERIFY how trip problems will be addressed in advance. Insurance only compensates direct cost, not trip loss of days or stress. 3 days of a 10 day trip were lost due to incorrect airline ticketing. There is no 24/7 support line. No assistance was offered trying to get hotels/shuttles on a stranded in Washington, DC World Series weekend, for a 15 person group separated from a main group of another 22 already in Israel. The remaining 7 days of the trip included a superb guide and bus driver, but the trip was already ruined. To date, no refund has been offered. Hopefully this is a one off for other potential users.
