Bad hotel, good hotel Guide, greeter, and drivers we’re knowledgeable and friendly. The royal Olympian hotel in Athens was overcrowded with tours with a half hour wait for breakfast. The service was not good. The hotel in Santorini the Mystique was perfect and the staff was excellent

Avoid this company After a less than stellar 5* tour to Egypt, I wrote to the owner of the tour company out of courtesy to let him know the things I was disappointed in and that I would be posting somewhat negative reviews. What I got back was a defensive diatribe about his tour and his people and the following threat: “As your treats to post negative comments, I’m not threatened. You have no idea who I‘m and you have no idea about the arsenal I have in order to handle negative and not justified comments. I guess that if you chose to file something, you will find out.” The interesting thing is that I didn’t ask for anything from him and was just giving feedback. I would avoid this company because the owner is truly unfriendly and not good to work with.

A great trip to Israel We were overall very happy with our tour of Israel. Our guide did an outstanding job of guiding a very diverse group (multiple countries, ages, and faith) of people through an incredibly complex country. We were very happy with the wide range of experiences that we were able to see in Israel. The hotels, transportation arrangements and other logistics worked very well. We are very glad we made the journey!

Their customer service was horrible Their customer service was horrible. I booked a second trip with them because my first experience was great. However, Teri's response to our trip cancellation due to the pandemic has been unprofessional and atrocious. They are refusing to refund our money despite the fact that we can not enter the countries planned on our trip. I will never use them again.

Morocco Adventure: Morocco Adventure: It was truly an adventure, tour guide very considerate, professional, helpful and friendly. Most of the hotels were fine. The tent was truly and adventure not to be miss. Marrakesh hotel shower did not work had to used a cup to shower, even after we told them it was not fixed. Transportation: clean, seating configuration was not to everyone liking, but it was changed and everyone was happier with it. Overall it's a trip that I will definitely organize for my clients.
