GBIan Simmons developed a rapport with me… Ian Simmons developed a rapport with me quickly. He inquired appropriately of the special needs I had for my son, understood them quite well and made me feel like he truly had our best interest in mind. His descriptions and advice showed his knowledge of the options and his caring of our situation. Anticipating a great trip.

GBTerrible service Terrible service, no return calls upon request and uncaring booking agent after she got the booking. What a joke: The agent promised that Trisha would call me, but she NEVER called until my posting. Even then, it appears someone called ONCE but did not leave a message. Funny how others can leave messages because the mailbox is not full.

GBRecently booked an Alaskan cruise and… Recently booked an Alaskan cruise and am so very well pleased with the outstanding customer service we received. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Made the booking process go very smoothly. Lily, our booking agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Alaska Cruises. Great experience

CAIncompetent Travel Agency Some of the travel agents are very incompetent, not knowing what they can do for customers and not carrying out undertakings they promise to complete. There are other agents who are efficient and apologize for errors others made and rectify the situation. Sometimes they keep you on hold on the phone for an extended period of time while they attempt to process sales they finally say that they are not allowed to process. Payments sometimes do not show on their statements, but are later corrected. I was asked to check off "declined" for purchases already made. I suspect that they have a poor software program to work with, which exacerbates the booking process.

GBPoor communication Poor communication. They do not contact you at all prior to final payment being due, they want you to lose your deposit. In fact you will get nothing from them after your initial confirmation emails. Horrible business practices.
