The travel agent that booked this… The travel agent that booked this cruise for us is terrible. As soon as our credit card was charged she has not returned calls. We are traveling with friends and informed her of many of our needs, such as aisle seats on the aircraft, process for carrying medications etc., and she does not return calls. I hope she does not represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if this is the case, I have a great deal of intrepidation regarding my upcoming cruise experience.

It has been difficult to get any… It has been difficult to get any information on the confirmation of my trip. I received an email -but wanted to speak with someone about the reservation and have found the hours to be terrible to navigate on west coast time.

Poor communication Poor communication. They do not contact you at all prior to final payment being due, they want you to lose your deposit. In fact you will get nothing from them after your initial confirmation emails. Horrible business practices.
