GBCustomer Service is non-existent Tried to book on line but it was complicated and I had questions. They have an 800 number but it just goes to a long phone tree and I waited nearly 30 minutes before hanging up out of frustration. I couldn’t find an email. The “deals” aren’t really as presented. It’s basically a bait and switch. You’d be better off to go directly through the cruise line. The prices appear to be more on the cruise line sites but they actually aren’t, they’re just upfront about all the extras.

I had spoken to and gotten prices from several places , after speaking to William my decision was an easy one ! No pressure, lots of useful info , great suggestions and sincere concern for my requests. Their price was very competitive , special offers at this time money saving and trip choices abundant . GBThe people at Alaska Cruises went above… The people at Alaska Cruises went above and beyond to help us reserve 4 adjoining rooms and worked hard to make a discounted rate apply to them all. Our first two room bookings completed the allotted discounts that were available. They made our group trip possible.

COConfusion and Bad Feedback Initially flood you with more information than one needs Some times not to clear in explanations. When requesting clarifications not a full answer as they pay little attention to detail Did not list us as seniors. Initially assigned us to one stateroom with 4 persons occupying it . We had that changed. Then they assigned us "Dining Table Size2" whatever that means (not clear) however we are 4 persons. Frankley, of all the oher cruises we have taken (including 2 with the same Holland American Line) this has been the most frustrating -- sine all others had been straight forward.

CADo not use this website/service I suspect this website is a scam. At first I was excited to find a cruise to Alaska for such a good price but that excited feeling didn't last long. I was called by a representative and when I told him that I couldn't book something right away because I didn't have the time off work approved yet, he became aggressively pushy. Threatening that prices had gone up while we were on the phone, etc. After I hung up on him I had three other representatives call-pressuring me to purchase a cruise with them. I felt very uncomfortable with this behavior. I called Holland Cruise lines directly and they were able to get me a better room for less money. Cruise booked! I am so glad I did not book with alaskacruises.com. I am still getting phone calls from these people even after I emailed them explaining my disappointment with their business. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. My suggestion to you is to do your homework and research before these vultures steal your money. The representative I spoke with (that you should avoid at all costs) is named Sanjay- ext: 69843
