Sherief is amazing! I felt I bombarded our agent, Sherief, with a million questions (and I still have more!) as we are in the early phase of having finally secured arrangements. She had answers for them all and, additionally, has volunteered so much information. In every interaction she has been extremely pleasant, patient and fun. She has made it feel as though I’m talking with a friend, all the while maintaining an air of professionalism. If there’s another cruise in our future, I’ll be calling Sherief!

Incompetent Travel Agency Some of the travel agents are very incompetent, not knowing what they can do for customers and not carrying out undertakings they promise to complete. There are other agents who are efficient and apologize for errors others made and rectify the situation. Sometimes they keep you on hold on the phone for an extended period of time while they attempt to process sales they finally say that they are not allowed to process. Payments sometimes do not show on their statements, but are later corrected. I was asked to check off "declined" for purchases already made. I suspect that they have a poor software program to work with, which exacerbates the booking process.

He inquired appropriately of the special needs I had for my son, understood them quite well and made me feel like he truly had our best interest in mind. His descriptions and advice showed his knowledge of the options and his caring of our situation. Anticipating a great trip.

The people at Alaska Cruises went above… The people at Alaska Cruises went above and beyond to help us reserve 4 adjoining rooms and worked hard to make a discounted rate apply to them all. Our first two room bookings completed the allotted discounts that were available. They made our group trip possible.

Delighted! We are repeat clients of Maggie! She made certain our first experience with Holland America several years ago was the best, and we were delighted that she was able to help us again.
