GBI have purchased a parking spot "SP… I have purchased a parking spot "SP Plus Flash parking spot" located at 1275 New Jersey Eve SE via way.com in advance and went into park at this location 1275 New Jersey Eve SE and the bard code and confirmation number did not work. I called customer service, and she hung up on me. I have spoken to parking lot owner/manager and he said that way.com is not a Partner/affiliated with SP Plus Flash parking lot located at 1275 New Jersey Eve SE. Why is way.com is selling the parking spot to reseve in advance? I have wasted my time and money on this and ended up paying from my pocket even though I purchased parking spot from way.com. I have sent an email to customer service and no response.

GBno parking after I paid when I got to my parking at 6 am the lady said they were sold out and have been for 11 days. I don't understand why is they have been sold out that they would've let me order parking. It was super stressful having to find parking that morning when you have a flight to catch. My first time using this service and will not be using again. when i called to get the refund the first time the person put me on hold to call the lady and after 20 min phone hung up so I assumed it was refunded. come 2 weeks later the money still isn't there so I have to do another 25 min phone call and now the money will come back to me in 7-10 business days. I'm not sure why the first guy didn't call me back if they phone was accidentely disconnected

GBThis company would get a zero! Way don’t accept any responsibility for companies they use to fill bookings! My car was stolen! They have refused to supply head office details and deny any affiliation with the company they booked my parking with. Avoid at all costs!
