GBRipp off at Royal EWR parking garage as I used Way app I booked the car parking near EWR airport at Royal EWR parking using way website. While time of booking I mentioned about the car that it it SUV and was charged for parking. After reaching the parking lot I was made to pay $37 extra. I would have never made the reservation using way as I was getting much better deals on other sites . It is a total rip off. As I had the flight I had not other option but to pay The parking lot didn't have any Display how much is the extra charge. They charged me as they felt. This is unfair practice. not a fair business.

GBIt is unfortunate that you use this… It is unfortunate that you use this parking lot. You as a company should not be using a lot that does not extend parking or your app. You should also not give the option on extending if it's not honored. So instead of paying $26 for extended parking I had to pay $75. I would have parked elsewhere, that also had paved parking and would extend parking at or near same rate of what I originally payed.

GBRead the fine print Read the fine print. When we got to the parking lot, we were assessed a $100 fee for a large car (bigger than a sedan). They wanted more and argued with me that our Toyota Sienna was NOT a mini- van! The free shuttle back from the airport took over an hour to appear and I finally went alone and drove back for the rest of the family. Cold grandmother and kids!

GBThey allow you to book full lots and hang up when you try to get a refund I reserved a spot the night before and arrived to a full lot. Went to rebook and four separate listings from the same full lot were there and I accidentally rebooked the same lot under a different listing. Had to book a third lot with the Hilton. Such an annoying experience right before my flight I almost missed.

GBWe booked a parking reservations for Logan airport at Fastrack BOSTON Airport Parking We booked a parking reservation for Logan airport at Fastrack BOSTON, and when we got to the lot with a confirmed reservation and number, we were told the lot was full and overbooked. We were given the name of another airport parking lot but at a much higher price. The attendants at both parking lots were great and very helpful. We did get a full refund but Way should have covered the difference in cost at the new parking lot for the inconvenience and added stress to our trip.
