MCBest choice! Like for my last trip with Prima Drive, the punctuality was perfect, the car was in perfect state (it was a recent Mercedes), the driver smooth and smiling, and always with the best price I could find. No doubt I'll use the same company for my next trip.

DEAbsolute toilet Absolute toilet. Booked car for Heathrow over a month ago stating luggage and people. Only to be informed 2 day before departure that we would need a bigger car for more money. Taxi code no better as could not get in touch with to find out what is happening. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBTold to book un Uber by unreliable driver Had booked for an early Sunday morning trip to Heatrhow airport, after 10 min waits and attempting to call nu,erous time, the driver finally picked the phone and told me he had slept in. He would be another 30 min to get to me, which was hard to trust and also meant I would late for my flight. He advised me that an alternative was for me to “book an uber” and that he'd pay for it, now there is no uber around my area and after trying different companies and finding a taxi to take me, this costed me a hefty sum which I am still waiting to get refunded.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. Booked from LA 4 days prior to flying, had to make my journey slightly shorter in the same direction, sent multiple emails to Prima and Taxicode to inform only minutes after booking, received no response from Taxicode and a short and sharp email from Prima 2 hrs before flying. I had no idea if they would be at Heathrow upon arrival. At Heathrow I waited for approx 30 mins and then went outside. Saw a message on my phone to make my way to the carpark...he was driving around, didn't want to park. Car was not in good shape. Shocking service, I had multiple rude one liner emails from Prima, terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GBAvoid Booked weeks ago via taxicode. Received email from prima one day before flight having already paid sayings its 40% more or cancel. Now have the hassle of liaising with taxicode as if i cancel it says i only get 10 % of my £300+ back. Cant get hold of prima or taxicode. This is not the best way to start a holiday. Never again. Site says the price you see is the price you pay ! I kept the screenshots.
