GBI feel cheated I booked a trip from Charlotte, NC to Venice, Italy which was confirmed and paid for. On the basis of that I booked a flight on a different outbound flight and same return flight for my wife, which was confirmed and paid for. One hour later I got an update saying that the price of my flight was increased by $120. I called 1800FlyEurope and was told that my options were to accept or cancel. How can you gazump a flight that was Confirmed by e-mail within an hour ?

GBBeware of online reservation!!! The email confirmation date is different then one I booked. I tried to change it and was told there is a fee of $350 per ticket. This is less than 48 hours after I booked. My husband is under several doctors care and I would not have made that date - he simple can't travel then? I am disputing the charges with the credit card company since they will not help me.

GBService good but where is rest of my E ticket??? I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

GBUsually a bit cheaper than others Better deals. Still, the super cheap deals they do advertising with are not be found. I wish they would offer the option of seeing what dates and cities have for sure those best deals at any given moment. What really sucks is that on the main flight finder they don't offer the scroll thru calendar and furthermore every time you want to search a different date or just change one of the cities you have to give in ALL the info over and over again. Not convenient if you try to find the cheapest flight. On the little flight finder (on right side) you can't just change particulars and let it search again, you actually have to get out and in again to be able to search each additional time.

GBmisleading title for ticket email After payment, received email with "reservation" in the subject line. I did not interpret this as the e-ticket itself. Called the next day, got emailed the same file, headed the same way. Okay, but I suggest that you put "e-ticket" as well as "reservation" in the heading. Other vendors I've used make this clear.
