GBOMISSION OF VERY IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL COSTS! Jackson the agent was wonderful. However there was a gaping omission! He NEVER TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SEATS. That added $200.00 to our flights! What a RIP OFF! We called and spoke to supervisor Nick who said he’d listened to transcript of our call when booking. HE ADMITTED WE WERE NOT TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED by the airlines for our SEATS! He refused to do anything to correct this egregious error on the part of 1800flyeurope!!!!!! Thanks for NOTHING!

GBYOUR AIRLINES THAT YOU BOOK. YOUR SERVICE IS SATISFACTORY. BUT THE AIRLINE THAT YOU BOOK GETS ONLY A ONE STAR.I SAY THIS BECAUSE THE AIRLINE THAT I WAS BOOKED ON DOES NOT GIVE YOU A OPPORTUNITY TO PICK YOUR SEATS. THE NON-STOP FLT. 6209 TO GATWICK AND 6211 WILL HAVE THE SAME OPTION, THE SEATS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL ONE OR TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT. THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY 1800FLYEUROPE NOW. NO AIRLINE THAT I KNOW HAS THESE RESTRICTIONS. WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS RESTRICTION. I AM BOOKED ON AMERICAN AIRLINES, BUT THE FLT. IS FLOWN BY BRITISH AIRLINES. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BRITISH AIRLINES THAT MADE THAT CALL.

GBGood prices to be found but cumbersome navigation when looking for different dates. Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich. Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

GBBooked & referred a friend for the exact same flt. but she paid $200 less. Within the same hour of me booking my flight to Madrid out of JFK, I referred a friend who purchased her flight out of JFK to Madrid within 24 hours. Instead of the website rewarding me for the referral, I was punished by paying $200 more than my friend with the exact ticket.

GBeasy to use but nowhere to add frequent flier details The 1800FlyEurope was fine except for two points. Firstly, the drop-boxes only allow for addresses in USA and Canada when i used it. This meant my credit card could not be charged and hence I got and email about a credit card problem and had to ring to sort it out. The problem was simply that my billing address (in Australia) was not able to selected on the drop-down menu. Secondly, i have not been able to add my frequent flier details to my booking because this option did not appear. I still don't know if this can be done, and if so, how.
