GBService good but where is rest of my E ticket??? I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

GBQuick and better choices of flights than the major booking companies. After booking flights with another major online service, I had to cancel those flights because after I thought about it, a 8 hour layover beginning at midnight was not a good idea. I was unable to find a better solution on that service and found 1800FlyEurope where I was able to solve and purchase acceptable tickets. The only negative comment would be that the full flight, including stops, should show up without having to click on another button to see the whole flight.

GBBeware of online reservation!!! The email confirmation date is different then one I booked. I tried to change it and was told there is a fee of $350 per ticket. This is less than 48 hours after I booked. My husband is under several doctors care and I would not have made that date - he simple can't travel then? I am disputing the charges with the credit card company since they will not help me.

GBGood prices to be found but cumbersome navigation when looking for different dates. Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich. Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

GBNever heard of them before but will keep them in mind next time I have not taken my flight yet but prices was very competitive compared to the other sites i was checking. My flight is to Barcelona and most other sites that had a better rate were for overnight layovers which was not an option for me just to get a better deal. The flight insurance seemed a little high compared to say priceline. And my only real complaint was I guess my screen timed out and the site advised me to call the flyeurope costumer service. When i did the man who answered was very rude and abrupt with me. He kept cutting me off , got really impatient when i was making a decision, spoke really quickly and when i would ask him to repeat he would do so like i was deaf and slow. It was embarrassing costumer service. I decided to try my chances on the site again and got of the phone with him as quickly as a could. I almost did not purchase with the site just because of the service experience. Its too bad so many online companies take good costumer service for granted.
