So easy & great to book with! So easy & great to book with! Trying to book and organise travel over the internet from as far away as Australia isn't easy. However, booking with Americacarrental.com is the exception. The web site is clear, easy to follow instructions and a breeze to book and pay for car rentals. Thanks and I can't wait for our epic holiday!

Should wear a striped jumper.theifs No problem with the car or geting the car it was faultless but it has come afterwards when they have refused.to give my back my £205 security deposit that they say they have given me which is rubbish. Do not go with this company

Do not rent from this company I had a reservation through car rental.com for a car from this company in Monterrey, Mexico. When I arrived to pick up the car, the company wanted to sell me their own expensive insurance. They did not did not accept the third party insurance which I had just purchased and showed them in writing. They did not provide the car. I had to find another rental car at the airport my self . By the way, do not make reservation through car rental.com either since they do not stand behind their own reservations/contracts.

Scam artists EDIT TO ADD... even tho they responded and claimed they would reach out to me to resolve, they never have! Wow. Booked a car, arrived exactly on time. Was told they were sold out. Called customer service and were told that they couldn’t get us another car but as a courtesy they’d issue us a refund. Lol. The real kicker is that they kept our money and after 3 weeks still never issued it. Unless you’d like to be stranded at an airport at 10:30 on a Friday night and have to pay $560 for a last minute weekend rental, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!
