AUA great car rental agency for any visitor to the USA For an overseas traveler, AmericaCarRental is the best car rental agency I have found. I have used them consistently now for five or more years. All necessary insurances are included in the quoted price (this is a real bonus - no hidden charges), their website site is easy to use, and car pick up has always been easy. They are the best!!! I once had to cancel a trip and get a refund - that too was no problem.

AUSo easy & great to book with! So easy & great to book with! Trying to book and organise travel over the internet from as far away as Australia isn't easy. However, booking with Americacarrental.com is the exception. The web site is clear, easy to follow instructions and a breeze to book and pay for car rentals. Thanks and I can't wait for our epic holiday!

GBTen Stars I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! I originally rated them 4 stars because there was a charge I didn't understand. They saw the review, called me, explained the charge and then removed it at my request. Outstanding customer service!

GBI am saying 5 stars at the moment as… I am saying 5 stars at the moment as everything so far has been easy to deal with, great website, great savings. I will review again once I've actually got to America and hired the vehicle, I suppose it is only then that we will know how good the company is 😁😁

GBScam artists EDIT TO ADD... even tho they responded and claimed they would reach out to me to resolve, they never have! Wow. Booked a car, arrived exactly on time. Was told they were sold out. Called customer service and were told that they couldn’t get us another car but as a courtesy they’d issue us a refund. Lol. The real kicker is that they kept our money and after 3 weeks still never issued it. Unless you’d like to be stranded at an airport at 10:30 on a Friday night and have to pay $560 for a last minute weekend rental, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!
