GBI want to love this brand but beware of returns I really want to love this brand, some of their items are brilliant, but their customer service is appalling, especially for returns and refunds. Think twice if you are planning on ordering several sizes and then want to return. They will either lose the item or take well over 45 days to refund with incredibility poor communication

CARapid repairs I very recently mailed three well used jackets to the Vancouver store for zipper repairs. Two were repaired and returned to me within one week of me sending them, the other was sent on for more repairs. Very quick and very helpful associates with clear communication.. Thanks you guys 👍🏾

LTJust another hippy clothing brand Once this company became popular and trendy among the hippy community, I have the feeling that they shifted their focus from providing the best quality garments for hiking and outdoor activities to making some fancy and trendy pieces of everything that they would sell for an unreasonably high price. Let's be honest, no hiker in the world would spend a fortune to buy a pair of pants that no one would see him wearing in the mountains while having in mind that with one slip he may tear them apart. That's what I am saying, this company’s target customers from hikers switched to hippies. The quality is still good, let's be objective till the end.

GBPatagonia has NO consistency with… Patagonia has NO consistency with sizes. One item, a person is a small. Another item, a large. This reveals Patagonia is outsourcing. Terrible consistency. My well known family would buy all the women this product for Christmas. NOT ANY MORE. Jacket was cheap cheap wrong size.
