Major shipping delays and no communication I placed an order on 9th April. It still hadn’t been sent a week later on 16th April so I followed up and they told me they are experiencing unforeseen shipping delays but it should be sent out by the end of that week. This never happened, and I continued to follow up over the next two weeks. Once again they told me the order should be sent soon and it should arrive by the end of the month. At the time of writing this, on 28th April, it has been a week since I heard anything from the customer service reps, and the order still hasn’t been dispatched. So 20 days after placing my order, still no delivery in sight.

Excellent products I own two patagonia coats, one waterproof and one insulated jacket. Both have lasted several years and are still in great condition. The insulated jacket I sent for repairs after ripping the inside and the cuffs becoming frayed through wear and tear. The repairs were done quickly and my jacket returned to me like new. Excellent value for money!

A quality item should not have a 100% polyester lining! Received an over-shirt for the Winter as a Christmas present. I was astonished at the price of £180 including VAT. The shirt looks nice but the lining is 100% polyester - the same as can be found in similar shirts at Sainsbury and Edinburgh Wool for a fraction of the price. Polyester is basically plastic and I find it unbearable to wear; it is difficult for the skin to breathe. Horrible! Will be taking it back with the knowledge of the friend who gifted it to me. Hopefully, there will be no hassle.

I'm generally a real fan of Patagonia… I'm generally a real fan of Patagonia clothing and gear. I didn't hesitate to order an item from their website. It came quickly but sadly didn't fit properly. I promptly paid for shipping and returned the item. It's been several weeks and I still have not received a refund. They have the item in their possession for a reasonable amount of time to process a refund but still haven't done it. I would shop elsewhere with better online customer service! I'm very disappointed.

GREAT SERVICE! I ordered a women's vest from Patagonia! It arrived in 2 days. The vest did not fit so I initiated a return. Within an hour of dropping off the return at Fedex, the return was processed and in 2 biz days was credited to my account. Just wanted to say what great service it was!
