NZOh mate, don't Trip into this scam! This is a total scam, none of the phone numbers are valid. In my call log I see they routed through Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia and the Philippines, although they are New Zealand hard lines and mobile numbers. In emails there is no option to click on the highlighted e-ticket number or booking ref, although it says the booking is confirmed. The bank's fraud team has advised to dispute. 15/9/23 - My money has now been returned via a bank dispute process. Do not book with this site, it is a total scam.

GBTripoMate is one platform that I’ve… TripoMate is one platform that I’ve been consistently using to send my team members for their on-site web development projects. While I get the amount reimbursed, there’s never been a hiccup in booking for either their flights or stays, or even both for that matter. Earlier, this process used to take up a lot of time, hopping from one portal to another, but now it’s all sorted out for the best, with the best.

NZIf I could give a zero star or minus I… If I could give a zero star or minus I would…all I can say is nothing, that is they gave me absolutely nothing for whatever their fee is on the ticket. Luckily in the end China Southern airlines acknowledged the booking and payment… even Tripomates address in Auckland NZ is fake. Stay well away where you can, just a waste of time and energy as well as money in the some other cases, we were lucky, avoid at all cost!!!

NZHorrible!!! I bought 3 tickets from Tripomate. One of which was void. He didn't reply to emails and or refunded $4xxxnzd. China Southern Airlines also stepped in to help urge him to refund, but now it has been almost a month still no any reply. I reported to the Consumer Guarantees Act! It has been almost 3 months and there is still no reply. I already reported to the BBB of USA and the Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.
