While I get the amount reimbursed, there’s never been a hiccup in booking for either their flights or stays, or even both for that matter. NZHorrible!!! I bought 3 tickets from Tripomate. One of which was void. He didn't reply to emails and or refunded $4xxxnzd. China Southern Airlines also stepped in to help urge him to refund, but now it has been almost a month still no any reply. I reported to the Consumer Guarantees Act! It has been almost 3 months and there is still no reply. I already reported to the BBB of USA and the Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.
