While I get the amount reimbursed, there’s never been a hiccup in booking for either their flights or stays, or even both for that matter. Earlier, this process used to take up a lot of time, hopping from one portal to another, but now it’s all sorted out for the best, with the best.

I am so happy ☺️ Tripomate has a lot of things going in its favour, but its support team is one of the most sorted ones that I’ve encountered in a long, long time. They’re very aware of what’s needed and what’s going to take extra time and this just comes together with too much impact.

SCAMMERS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! Booked flights through sky scanner and immediatly they asked for more money to pay for bagge that was supposed to be included. We then went on there website only to find fake address and phone numbers. I have since learnt skyscanner does no due diligence what so ever in recommending flight agents. I hope someone will read this and not make the same mistakes. Very expensive lesson

Same complaining about TRIPOMATE Same complaining about TRIPOMATE, I bought 2 tickets and I didn’t receive them, they cancelled my flight and never got my refund, skyscanner cannot do anything about it Totally disappointed for losing my money
