I wish I could give it no stars I wish I could give it no stars. Worst. Company ever! DO NOT TOUCH this company!! The worst customer service in the world. Even after a battle with breast cancer they would not consider transferring our passes to another date. Leaving us £1200 out of pocket. Disgusting service. 🤬

Sightseeing pass perfect This pass was excellent for us .four of us had the 2 day pass and used it on statue of liberty and Ellis Island tour,intrepid, one world observatory, empire state building big bus and top of the rock no problem whatsoever they just scanned our QR code on the sightseeing pass

Run away ! We are sold a pass with a list of attractions that disappear during our stay... We arrive more than one hour before the departure of a boat for the most interesting cruise, and we are told that there is no more place. They tell you that you can use the hop-on hop-off bus every day that you use the day-pass, and on the spot, they tell you that it is not possible, only once, because the company was taken over by another one or whatever (which does not interest us). Promises were not kept, and no compensation was offered...run away!

DO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!

Worked well for most attractions Worked well for most attractions, email each place ahead if you can to make sure. We emailed a few cruise companies which replied saying they didn’t take the pass, even though listed on website. If you do email though, you should have no problem. We used it for MoMa, Madame Tussaud’s, Empire state, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Passes. (Maybe even more, can’t remember) - definitely got our money’s worth. Would recommend if you are able to put a bit of planning into it so you definitely get your money’s worth
