GBDeteriorating Chico's used to have chic takes on current styles and well-crafted clothes. The patterns used to match across seams, the patterns used to extend to the back of the items, the materials were of good quality. There used to be color-matched or coordinated separates that would make an outfit that were all available for sale at the same time. Color names were dependable to be the same color across pieces. That has deteriorated significantly. Same prices, but now cheap fabrics, especially see-through whites, coordinating pieces are not available at the same time. Patterns are not matched. Stitching is sometimes pulled instead of flat. Chico's clothing used to be worth the higher price for the tailoring and quality. Not any more.

GBTop Bleached From Deodorant I purchased a top at the Chico's Tanger Outlet in DE in March and just wore it for the first time. The material was bleached from my deodorant (Secret). I called Chico's to see what could be done to remedy the situation, and they said they could only send me a new one but that I would have to pay since it was not a defect with the material. Are you kidding me? I've never worn another article of clothing that has reacted with my deodorant.

GBWhat's going on at Chico's What's going on at Chico's? On July 23, 2023, I placed a $70 order at Chico's Online Shop (the $9.90 sale). I've sent 2 messages to the email address on my receipt inquiring about my order. No response of any kind. It's now over a month since I placed my order. I order regularly online and always got my orders promptly. Have I been scammed by Chico's?

GBPoor Quality Product, cotton material, tissue thin. I wrote a review on the Chico's website and because it was a one rating; they did not publish it. I purchased two tops from them and the material was extremely poor quality. They were cotton tops; the material was tissue thin and you could see through it when you held it up to the light. These tops were $39. For the price, this company should be very ashamed to be selling this level of quality products.

CAChico Facebook deal a scam! The REAL Chicos was scammed by a company from Hong Kong via Facebook ads in mid August into Sept. Orders were tracked , then supposedly delivered, often to a “courtyard”. My bank is handling an investigation and my $ was returned to my VISA acct’
